Police are appealing for information to try and locate two missing people from North Tyneside.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Anne Corbett, 25, and James ‘Jimmy’ Prout, 43, who lived together on St Stephen’s Way in Percy Main.
Anne was last seen at around 8am yesterday morning (Friday, March 25) near to her home address while Jimmy has not been seen since early February.
Enquiries are ongoing to locate the pair and police have now appealing for anyone who may have seen either of them recently to get in touch.
Anne is described as white, of larger build, and with brown hair. She was last seen wearing a navy blue and white jacket, black trousers and brown Ugg boots.
Jimmy has been described as white, of slim build, around 5’9″, with very short brown hair and some facial hair. His clothing is unknown.
There will be additional officers in the area of St Stephen’s Way throughout the weekend to carry out further enquiries to try and locate the pair.
If you have seen them, or have any information that may help police with their investigation, then call officers on 101 quoting reference 209 25/03/16 or independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
